Abstract :

To present the Dental management of a 5 years old child complained of dental malformation secondary to Dentinogenesis Imperfecta (DI). Case series: The dental management is challenging especially in younger patients. The dental status was severe that all the teeth had to be treated with modification of the routine in pedodontics. Full crowns were placed in most teeth, including the lower incisors, which was a challenging task to do in a 5 years old kid. The technique and challenges were presented in the article

Biography :

Dr. Rabab Musalli, a consultant of pediatric dentistry who is focused in managing medically compromised pediatric cases and dental rehabilitation under sedation and general anesthesia. she completed her residency training in 2018, and obtained the Saudi Board of pediatric dentistry certificate later in 2018. Since then she has been actively involved in residents training as well as taking care of her patients at King Abdulaziz medical city, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
