Children are more vulnerable to sentiments and emotional reactions than adults due to the lack of development in maturity concerning their physiology, psychology, comprehension and language. Therefore, in case of any surgical procedure involving them, there is a high level of fear amongst them during the pre-operative stage and majorly they are reluctant and resistant towards it. The present work was made in an attempt to simulate a similar situation like surgery but with notable modifications to record the change in behavior of the children. Statistics showed that initially only around 13.3% of the preschool children were willing to participate in the experiment while a majority of 67.8% had a fear psychosis regarding it. To create a model situation for the experiment, development of pre-school, pre-operative fear of care guidelines were followed stringently by upgrading the layout of the clinical care teaching, surgery waiting area for outpatient and operating room, providing touch medical equipment and selective therapy by using model balloons, the game in tablet and stickers as a care auxiliary. These modifications resulted in being instrumental in not only increasing their willingness to cooperate by increasing the participation figures from 13.3% to 76.7%. It also reduced the fear in them from 67.8% to 10.3% with almost 98% of the families being satisfied with the services provided. In addition to this, teamwork can provide pre-school children with a wide range of care, and also reducing the preschool children's preoperative fear.
