Abstract :

In the present scenario of liberalization and Globalization, entrepreneurship development has been emerged as a well-defined and key area in terms of professional consistency. It enables us to establish real time awareness that further helps to deliver professional outcomes effectively and profitably. Apart from this, entrepreneurship development always ensures about the alignment of individual efforts by analyzing the results of the same. The purpose of the study is to corelate entrepreneurship development with reference to the professional consistency and to highlight the longlasting impact of entrepreneurship development in terms of professional sustainability and stability. The research methodology used in this study includes both primary and secondary data including some personal interactions with leading entrepreneurs. Findings & conclusions: Entrepreneurship development emphasized with professional consistency directly leads to the nation building in terms of future economic growth. It allows full transformation of one’s potential into professional implications.

Biography :

Bikram Pal Singh belongs to a well-educated Amritsar-based family. He has done his Graduation with the course of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science & Engineering and Post-Graduation with a course of Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with distinction from IKG- Punjab Technical University. Apart from this, he got certified with “Fundamentals of Digital Marketing” offered by Google, “Understanding Open Educational Resources” offered by Commonwealth of Learning, Canada, “MBA Essentials" offered by the University of North Alabama, USA. Having 15+ years of vast experience, currently he is designated as Deputy Dean (Training & Placements) at Global Group of Institutes, Amritsar, one of a leading and premier group of institutes accredited with NAAC A+ grade, that offers Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Polytechnic & Agriculture courses approved by All India Council for Technical Education (New Delhi). Besides this, he hasd been conferred with many prestigious awards like “Vocational Excellence Award” by the Rotary Club of Mumbai West Coast in December 2022, “Educlouds Leadership Award” at Educlouds Expro in May 2022, “Outstanding Educator Award” at 4th International Convention in January 2020, “Leadership Excellence Award” at 6th National Leadership Conclave in July 2019.
