Abstract :

BiotechnologyHepatitis B virus is belonging to the family of Hepadna viridae. And it causes hepatocellular carcinoma. Shigella is a food borne disease and causes shigellosis or bacillary dysentery . A simple and effective test to identify HBV AND SHIGELLA by Polymerase chain reaction test(PCR). PCR is mainly used to produce to a million copies of a given small pieces of DNA. Now a days Gradient PCR is used for the diagnosis of the diseases. The purpose of that is to maintain a different samples at a specific temperatute. HBV is collected from blood samples and SHIGELLA sps collected spoiled food. These samples are diagnosis by different methods includes conventional culture method and kit methods. Based upon the primer product size we conform the presence of HBV and SHIGELLA in the given sample.
