Abstract :

In modernized world of science, the paradigm shift is necessary for the Siddha, Ayurvedha practitioners to know the interactions and treat efficiently the target regions of human system. Recently, one of the most important nightmares for the scientist and medical practitioners is zika virus. Because, globally peoples were infected with Zika virus (Flavivirus) by Aedes mosquito species bite. The zika virus interactions with human system and control of viruses were still unknown. Moreover, some herbal product may give a path to treat zika virus. Several herbs controlling various diseases but the herb Tridax Procumbens has a wide range of therapeutic values for viral disease. Traditional medicinal practitioner were struggling to know the exact mechanism of binding nature and how to cure the disease, so this new approach Ayurinformatics an emerging area gives an idea for modern system of medicine. Here we are focus the interaction of flavonoids procumbenetin and esculetin of Tridax Procumbens with zika virus through in-silico docking. This is the first report that interaction of Tridax Procumbens flavonoids for zika virus.
