nursing practice. This designation is awarded to hospitals that meet specific criteria reflecting the quality of care provided by nurses, the professional development of the
nursing staff and the overall environment in which nurses work. One of the most important benefits of Magnet Recognition is its impact on
nursing satisfaction and retention. By creating a supportive and empowering environment for nurses, Magnet-designated hospitals experience improved nurse satisfaction, enhanced job engagement and lower turnover rates [1]. The relationship between Magnet Recognition and
nursing satisfaction is multifaceted. One of the key factors is the emphasis on shared governance within Magnet organizations. Shared governance involves nurses in decision-making processes and empowers them to influence policies and procedures that directly impact patient care.
