This comprehensive approach has demonstrated particular efficacy within primary care settings and various specialty domains, serving as a crucial strategy to address existing workforce shortages and promote the efficient utilization of healthcare resources. [1] The implementation of team-based care models that prominently feature APNs has shown a notable capacity to foster substantial improvements in the management of intricate chronic diseases, such as diabetes and heart failure.
