Editorial Note

Journal of Infectious Diseases and Medicine is an Open Access, rapid peer-reviewed journal that aims to publish the most complete and reliable source of information on discoveries and current developments which encourages innovative research, covering all aspects in the field.

Infectious Diseases are the most part brought about by infections, microbes, growths and protozoan parasites. Huge numbers of the irresistible infections are infectious and transmissible. They are pandemic and life debilitating if untreated.

Journal of Infectious Diseases and Medicine publishes articles related to the below fields, but not limited to them: infectious diseases, new approaches for treatment of infectious diseases, etiology, epidemiology, diagnostic tests of infectious diseases, pathophysiology, clinical trials, immunological role of host in response to pathogen in infected organism, preventive measures, case reports, etc.

Journal of Infectious Diseases and Medicine is indexed in several indexing databases like Index Copernicus, Academic Keys, SafetyLit, RefSeek, Hamdard University, EBSCO A-Z, OCLC- WorldCat, Publons, Geneva Foundation for Medical Education and Research.

It’s all our pleasure to announce that during the year 2019, all issues of volume 4 were published online within the time and the print issues were also brought out and dispatched within 30 days of publishing the issue online. Beside, our journal is planning to bring an online special issue (Pathogenesis of Emerging COVID-19). During the calendar year 2019 we received many papers, which underwent preliminary screening for plagiarism, after passing preliminary screening and peer-review process, we published papers in 2019. Average review process time is 6-8 weeks from qualified eminent reviewers. Our review process can be tracked by the authors at any time and can contact us through online portal system. Our Journal is releasing issues with the frequency of quarterly. It also supports to related conferences which are on-going throughout the world. The journal has good, eminent and limited editorial board members who are highly efficient and participates actively in the development of the Journal. I take this opportunity to thank my Editorial Board members and reviewers who are keenly taking part in editing of articles to publish the papers. Thanks to their generous support towards the journal. We would also like to thank our mass mailing team which is very helpful in this journey.

According to the Google Analytics our Journal of Infectious Diseases and Medicine is getting good no. of visitors to our website daily. Mostly readers/ visitors are from USA, Japan, China, Southafrica, Senegal, Iraq, India, etc.

We are happy to inform you that our Twitter account is having 500+ followers in the span of 6 months. We also have 200+ followers in linkedin, 500+ facebook followers. We also getting good responses from the websites like Academia.edu (views 500+) and maintaining a good follower which is a good platform for the researchers, students.

We are receiving good number of articles in 2020, expecting to receive more articles which enhance our journal reputation in the upcoming days.

We are proud to announce that our journal successfully completed 1 issue releases and the other issue is ready to release.
