Vasodilators are drugs that expand (dilate) blood vessels. They work directly on the muscles in the walls of your arteries, preventing your muscles from tightening and your walls from narrowing.Bloodflows more easily through your arteries, your heart doesn't have to pump as hard as you can, and your blood pressure is reduced. The best vasodilators depend on the health and condition to be treated. The use of vasodilators to prevent, treat or improve symptoms in a variety of conditions, such as high blood pressure , high blood pressure during pregnancy or childbirth (preeclampsia or eclampsia), heart failure and high blood pressure affecting the arteries in your lungs ( pulmonary hypertension) A journal is a periodic publication intended to further advance science, usually by means of a report. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles , reviews, editorials, short communications, letters and scientific papers in a wide range of scientific fields.
