Laparoscopic varicocelectomy has been established to be a secure and effective treatment for varicoceles. Robotic surgery has been introduced recently as an alternate surgical option for varicocelectomy. Microsurgical varicocelectomy has gained increasing popularity among experts in male reproductive medicine because the treatment of choice for varicocele due to its superior surgical outcomes. there's a growing volume of literature within the recent years on minimal invasive varicocele treatment with percutaneous retrograde and anterograde venous embolization/sclerotherapy. Male reproductive medicine is one among the fastest growing subspecialties in Urology. Advanced assisted reproductive technologies are getting widely available within the recent years for the management of severe male factor infertility, and our understanding of their safety and efficacy has improved tremendously.
