Toxic kinetics is nothing but the passage or flow through the body of a toxic agent or its metabolites. Toxico kinetics is the defined as the study of systemic exposure during toxicological experiments. The main objective is to quantify the systemic exposure and potentially and that should be relate that to toxicology findings. The comparison of toxicology exposure parameters to therapeutically effective exposure parameters gives rise to the idea of a therapeutic window, or the space between efficacy and toxicity. This is depicted in a theoretical example below. Toxicokinetics Open access to the scientific literature means the removal of barriers from accessing scholarly work. There are the two parallel “roads” towards open access. Open Access articles and self-archiving. Open Access articles are the articles which are available immediately, freely on their Web site, a model mostly funded by charges paid by the author.
