Toxicokinetics Innovations

Toxicokinetics refers to the study of absorption, distribution, metabolism/biotransformation, and excretion (ADME) of toxicants/xenobiotics in relation to time.It is an application of pharmacokinetics to determine the relationship between the systemic exposure of a compound and its toxicity. An important parameter in toxicokinetics is the time course of blood or plasma concentration of the toxicant with time.Toxicokinetics describes the use of bioanalytical sampling to distinguish
the disposition of a target compound during time-course toxicity studies in animals. This is depicted in a theoretical example below. Innovations are new idea, device or process. Innovations are the application of best solutions that meet modern requirements, in current market needs these are new ideas which is required in the market. It is experienced through more effective products, services, technologies new ideas that are readily available to markets
