Journal of Telecommunications & Systems Management deals with review articles in a variety of topics related to telecommunications and mangement. On a geographical scale, netowrks can be classified as: personal area network, local area network, home area network, storage area network, campus area network, backbone network,metreopolitan area network, wide area network, enterprise private netowork, virtual private network and global area network. Important aspect of networking is Routing which is the process of selecting appropriate networks to carry and manage the netwrok traffic. Routing is performed for networks such as: circuit switch networks and packet switched networks. There are network hardware devices that are intermediates like routers, bridges, gateways, firewalls and switches.
