Renal Osteodystrophy Online Journals

Renal osteodystrophy which is also called as CKD-MBD i.e, Chronic kidney disease- mineral and bone disorder is the occuring when the kidneys fail to maintain a proper level of calcium and phosphorous in the blood. This gets accompanied by demineralization of the bone which further results from electrolyte and endocrine imbalances. Renal osteodystrophy shows symptoms like joint pains, bones deformation, bone pain and bone fracture.
