Pseudomonas flouroscens is a type of bacteria belonging to the genus Pseudomonas. It is a gram negative and rod shaped bacteria. Generally this bacteria is considered to be non-pathogenic which means it does not cause any disease in humans. However some cases have been reported of this bacteria infected people who are having and impaired immune system. Even though the infection which is caused by this bacteria is found to be very rare. This bacteria is considered to be motile and its moment is possible through motile polar flagella. Design non spore forming organisms. They use nitrate instead of oxygen as a final electron acceptor during cellular respiration.
