Microbicides

AIDS is the main disease that kills young adults. It is a disease caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) that slowly destroys the human immune system, making infected people more susceptible and vulnerable to various microbial infections. Most of the time, AIDS will be transmitted through unprotected sex, blood transfusions, hypodermic needles, and mother-to-child transmission during pregnancy and childbirth. Body fluids such as saliva and tears do not transfer HIV from one person to another. AIDS has no vaccine treatment to control the rate of transmission. Many clinical trial groups are researching to explore the immune pathogenesis of HIV infection, associated co-infections, prevention, epidemiology, microbicides, vaccines and new drugs for treatment. Online journals are scholarly and peer-reviewed journals. Journals provide a forum and motivate scientists, researchers, academics, engineers and practitioners in all fields to share their professional and academic knowledge in the fields of computer science, engineering, humanities, economics, social sciences, management, medical sciences and related disciplines.
