From the encapsulation of doing the math, factual science has voyage a significant distance. It is time that it is acknowledged as an administration science. This is particularly valid for biostatistics. I try to characterize biostatistics as the study of overseeing clinical uncertanities. Clinical vulnerability is anything but difficult to deal with when separated into aleatory and epistemic sorts. These terms may sound new to medication yet are regularly utilized in seismic science and financial aspects. Aleatory vulnerability in medication emerges from endogenous factors, for example, inalienable organic variety, natural components, socio-social and mental elements, arbitrary variety because of spectators, instruments and labs, and so on. Epistemic vulnerability emerges from absence of information, reasonable mistakes, non-accessibility of instruments, and predispositions of different sorts. These sources are exogenous in nature
