The concept of malware specification called Malspec. Malspec is a directed acyclic graph (DAG) where each node corresponds to a (relevant) system call invocation and the edges represent the dependencies between the arguments of the different system calls. The authors pointed out that Malspecs does not encode data flow dependencies between system call parameters and that using Malspecs for detection without checking these dependencies would cause a large number of false alarms. Online journals are scholarly and peer-reviewed journals. Journals provide a forum and motivate scientists, researchers, academics, engineers and practitioners in all fields to share their professional and academic knowledge in the fields of computer science, engineering, humanities, economics, social sciences, management, medical sciences and related disciplines. The online journals also aim to reach a large number of readers worldwide with original and current research work carried out on the essential questions of the important disciplines above. The journals allow all readers to read, view, download and print the full text of all published articles without subscription or restriction.
