Water Management new findings is the Engineering science that relates about the studies about behavior of individuals, households, and organizations, when learn to manage or use scarce resources, like water which doesn't have any alternative uses, to achieve desired ends. The Agents which ate assumed to act rationally, to full fill multiple desirable ends in sight, limited resources to obtain these ends, a set of stable preferences, the overall objective, and the capability of making a choice. Water management Is that the management of water resources under set policies and regulations. Water, is an abundant natural resources , which is a more valuable commodity when droughts and overuse are occur.
