Management of human resources is the strategic approach for managing people efficiently within a corporation or organization in order to help their business achieve a competitive advantage. It is intended to maximize the performance of employees in service of strategic objectives of an employer. Management of human resources is primarily concerned with people management within organizations, focusing on policies and systems. HR divisions are responsible for supervising employee-benefit planning, recruiting of workers, training and development, performance evaluation and compensation management, such as overseeing pay and benefit systems.HR is also concerned with organizational reform and labor relations, or with integrating corporate policies with collective bargaining and policy requirements.
