Ethical Dilemma Top Open Access Journals

An ethical dilemma is a situation where a person has to choose between two options, both of which are morally correct but in conflict. Ethics and morals cannot be separated as they both deal with questions of right and wrong. Societal or cultural norms determine ethical behaviour whereas moral behavior depends on the individual to decide about right and wrong based on his own sense. Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal. The work may be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected. Peer review requires a community of experts in a given (narrowly defined) field, who are qualified and able to perform reasonably impartial review.
