Endophytes are bacterial or contagious microorganisms that colonize solid plant tissue intercellularly or potentially intracellularly without creating any clear manifestations of malady. They are universal, colonize in all plants, and have been separated from practically all plants analyzed till date. Their affiliation can be commit or facultative and makes no mischief the host plants. They show complex collaborations with their hosts which includes mutualism and threat.
