The Journal of Educational Technology Systems deals with systems during which technology and education interface and is meant to tell educators who have an interest in making optimum use of technology.More importantly, the Journal focuses on techniques and curriculum that utilize technology altogether sorts of educational systems. Description of actual classroom practice and experimentation with the tutorial use of technology is an equally important aspect of the Journal.The main purpose of this research is to look at the effect of game-based learning on knowledge acquisition and retention of road rules. A secondary purpose of this study is to research possible gender differences associated with such an approach. The third purpose is to explore the connection between beliefs and knowledge acquisition. This quasi-experimental study employed pretest–posttests design involving 42 participants, randomly selected from people in Alberta, Canada.
