The seriousness of a catastrophe is estimated in lives lost, monetary misfortune, and the capacity of the populace to revamp. Occasions that happen in uninhabited zones are not viewed as catastrophes. So a flood on a uninhabited island would not consider a catastrophe, however a flood in a populated territory is known as a cataclysmic event.
