Bioanalytical Techniques Review Article

Pharmaceutical analytical techniques deal with the process or different processes of identification and / or quantification of a substance, the components of a pharmaceutical solution or mixture or the determination of the structures of the chemical compounds used in the formulation of pharmaceutical product. Pharmaceutical analytical techniques Journals use different processes to identify and / or quantify a substance.
The development of antisense therapeutic agents required the development of a number of new bioanalytical methods for their quantification. The success of these methods has made it possible to characterize the pharmacokinetic and pharmacokinetic / pharmacodynamic behavior of antisense agents. The specific quantitative bioanalytical methods discussed in this review include radio tracer methods, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) methods, capillary gel electrophoresis with UV detection or with laser induced fluorescence detection, mass spectrometry by desorption / ionization induced by laser assisted by matrix, HPLC- mass spectrometry and enzyme immuno-absorption tests. The most important bioanalytical techniques have been summarized taking into account their general and specific characteristics, the possibilities and the extent of their application and operating characteristics have limits.
