Biography

Dr. Teoman zer has completed his postdoctoral studies at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA, and University of Minnesota, School Mathematics, USA, and he has received PhD degree from stanbul Technical University, Turkey. He has master degrees on the Theory of Economics and Structural Engineering. He is now full Professor in stanbul Technical University. He has editorial experiences in different scientific areas. Political and Economics areas are the other special interest of him.
