Biography

Dr. Narendra Reddy PhD is currently Research Assistant Professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His major research focus is on utilizing agricultural byproducts and coproducts to develop biofibers, biomaterials, biocomposites, and biothermoplastics. Additional interests include processing and chemical modifications of polymers and textiles to improve performance properties. His efforts are to utilize the renewable, abundant and affordable agricultural wastes to develop environmentally friendly and sustainable biopolymers and bioproducts. He has more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and also holds US patents.
