She coordinated the Nutrition course of the University Center Amparense UNIFIA and professor of the disciplines of Applied Human Nutrition, Nutrition Therapy in Oncology, Nutrition and Food Reeducation, Menu Planning, Nutrition applied to Nursing, Nutrition in Esthetics, Food Service Planning and Management, Experimental Nutrition and Nutrition in Public Health. Internal and external supervisor of curricular internship of students of the course of Nutrition. As internal supervisor and responsible for Nutrition clinic - NUTRIFIA, inserted inside the University Center Amparense. Has experience in the area of human research, as well as in vitro research. I worked in research lines, such as: Evaluation of the Acceptability of New Products (Public Health area), Research on animals in the investigation of antioxidant activity of substances, as well as in vitro, research with children in the School Lunch with Pregnant Women related to Diabetes , Elderly patients and oncology
