Biography

A dynamic candidate with post doctoral research experience in Molecular Biology, Plant science, Cancer Biology and Microbiology with focus of studies on microbes- plant- pathogen interaction: A proteomic, genomic and transcriptomic approach. I have rich experience in molecular plant science, gene cloning studies such as gene deletion, gene over-expression by Overlap PCR techniques or one step cloning, Gene expression studies (RT-qPCR), yeast two hybrid (Y2H) and cDNA library contraction, Bimolecular Fluorescence Complementation (BiFC), SDS PAGE/ESI/MS/MS, Circular dichroism (CD), Crystal X rays, IR, Protein NMR
