Prof. Dr. Badar Alam Iqbal began his career in 1978, as an Academician in various capacities and stature, such as, Lecturer during 1978 to 1986, Reader during 1986 to 1998, Professor since July 1998; Dean during March 17, 2006 to July 16, 2008, in the Faculty of Commerce, and Officiated as Vice Chancellor during December 23 to 26, 2007, and from February 2, to February 6, 2008 and presently working as Full Professor in the Department of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University, India. He has 33 years teaching and 38 years Research exposure to his credit as a versatile and learned Academician and Scholar. He has been on the Visiting Professorship Panel in different Foreign Countries, such as, UK, USA, Australia, France, China, Hawaii, South Africa, Germany, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Kazakhstan,Qatar, and Thailand. He has authored 13 Books. 8 Monographs, 60 Papers, have been published in the Academic Journals and 20 Papers in Popular Journals, abroad. 80 Papers in Academic Journals and 280 Papers in Popular Journals have been published in India. 160 Books have been reviewed on his part. Moreover, 12 Papers have been published in the Edited Volume. The Ottawa United Learning Academy has appointed Prof. Iqbal as a Special Adviser. He is also serving Guest Editor to Transnational Corporation Review; Canada. Prof. Iqbal was Guest Speaker at Wuhan University's Conference on TNCs at China, in November 2012. In December 2012, Prof. Iqbal conducted Ph.D. Viva Voce at Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu; Nepal.
