  Over the past ten years, the global market for large molecule therapeutics has rapidly grown for the treatment of a variety of diseases. LBA and LC-MS are two platforms widely used in pharmacokinetic bioanalysis. In this review, we compare LBA and LC-MS and summarize their strengths and limitations.
