						 Knee Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common degenerative joint sickness that forces critical torment, solidness, and utilitarian constraints on impacted 
  people. This study aims to investigate and compare two treatment approaches for knee OA in the pursuit of effective treatments: physical therapy 
  and cochlear implant Colchicine, which is mostly used to treat gout, has been shown to reduce pain and improve physical function in knee OA
