						 Asthma is a chronic respiratory condition that affects millions of people worldwide, leading to inflammation and narrowing of the airways, resulting 
  in symptoms like wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness and coughing. While there is no cure for asthma, there are numerous preventive 
  measures that individuals can take to manage and reduce the frequency and severity of asthma attacks. Understanding and avoiding asthma 
  triggers is fundamental to prevention. Common triggers include allergens such as dust mites, pollen, mold, pet dander and irritants like tobacco
