    The Effectiveness of Cyrix Deep Friction Massage and End Range Mobilisation Technique in Adhesive Capsulitis

    Background: Adhesive capsulitis, commonly known as frozen shoulder, is a debilitating condition characterized by pain and progressive restriction of shoulder movements. Aim and objective: This study investigates the effectiveness of Cyrix Deep Friction Massage (DFM) and End Range Mobilization Technique (ERMT) in the management of adhesive capsulitis. Method: A comparative interventional study was conducted involving 60 individuals diagnosed with adhesive capsulitis. Participants were randomly assigned into two group (group A and group B).
