    Baclofen is a y-aminobutyric acid agonist that has been licenced for the treatment of spasticity and is widely used in the treatment of neuropathic pain. This medicine has been shown to be effective in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia in controlled investigations. Baclofen is a gamma-aminobutyric acid agonist that has been approved for the treatment of spasticity and is commonly used in the treatment of neuropathic pain.
