  Precision oncology generates increasingly complex molecular datasets that can be difficult to organize and analyze efficiently. We evaluated 212 real-world pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma liquid biopsy datasets and explored AI-assisted workflows to transform unstructured next-generation sequencing outputs into structured research datasets.
