						 Aggressive periodontitis is a destructive disease involving multiple teeth with a distinctive pattern of periodontal tissue loss; a high rate of disease 
  progression. As long as it is explained as a destructive disease, the presence of a gingival increase cannot be considered as a constant sign of 
  this disease, and can signal the coexistence of other infections or other diseases which may be more important. Screen in the patient and which 
  may in certain considerations even be life-threatening for the patient; in this article, we will try to explain through a clinical case, the diagnosis and
