  Background: Youths’ risky behavior is one of the public health issues which gained paramount importance in the developed as well as developing counties like. Therefore, this study investigated the prevalence of premarital sexual practice and associated factors among Orthodox Sunday School Students at Miskaye Hizunan Medhane Alem Monastry Church, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, 2022. Methods: A quantitative institutional based cross-sectional study was employed.
