  The growing use of Building Information Modelling in the construction as an emerging concept is a digital approach replacing traditional approaches gradually. With the changing scenario in the industry with the introduction of technology, the adoption of BIM has brought forth many a debates among professionals. With the growing technological advancements, there is also a growing need for knowledge; hence many professionals and researchers are working on various aspects of research in various fields of BIM. The paper aims to review the amount of research done on the use and adoption of BIM in various fields of construction project.
