  Biofilm formation by Staphylococcus aureus poses a significant challenge in clinical settings, contributing to persistent infections and antibiotic resistance. This review explores innovative strategies to prevent and disrupt biofilms, including the use of antimicrobial peptides, quorum sensing inhibitors, and novel drug delivery systems.
