    Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) remains one of the leading causes of death globally, with its development closely linked to modifiable lifestyle factors. Atherosclerosis, the buildup of plaque in the coronary arteries, which can lead to reduced blood flow to the heart muscle, is primarily driven by poor lifestyle choices such as an unhealthy diet, lack of physical activity, smoking, and excessive alcohol consumption.
