    Unveiling the Enigma of Sleep-Disordered Breathing

    Sleep-Disordered Breathing (SDB) is a complex and multifaceted medical condition that affects millions of people worldwide. It encompasses a range of disorders, including snoring, Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and Central Sleep Apnea (CSA), all of which disrupt the normal breathing patterns during sleep. Despite its prevalence and potential health consequences, sleep-disordered breathing remains a puzzling enigma in the medical field. This article aims to shed light on the mechanisms, clinical consequences and treatment strategies associated with this intriguing condition. The clinical impact of SDB and explores emerging treatment approaches that offer innovative solutions to mitigate its consequences.
