Zoltan Papp

Biography

He is awarded PhD in physiology from University of Debrecen in the 1995.He holds a Master Degree (MD) in from University of Debrecen in the 1989, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Medical Physiology from University of Debrecen Hungary. He has extended his/her valuable service as an Assistant Professor in 2000 for 3 years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, he is working as an full professor Vice-Dean for Educational Affairs at the Faculty of Medicine, MHSC, University of Debrecen.

Research Interest

 cellular and molecular aspects of cardiovascular pathophysiology, cardiomyocyte physiology, excitation-contraction coupling, mechanical and biochemical characterization of the contractile protein machinery in the human myocardium during various pathological conditions, positive inotropy, ischemia/reperfusion injury, chronic heart failure
