Biography

Tsiganok EP is Doctor Alfred Nobel University at Ukraine. From October 1993 – January 1998; Doctor at Dnipropetrovs’k State University. His research interests are Measuring a body weight, a body mass, the gravitational constant, the main physical and astrophysical constant, gravity acceleration, a body velocity, a distance between bodies, the force of gravitation between bodies, a body average density (specific gravity), a body energy, the parameters of the gravitational waves, etc.
