Nicolas Szita is the Professor of Bioprocess Microfluidics at the Department of Biochemical Engineering in University College London, UK. He completed his PhD in 2001 from ETH Zurich. Nicolas Szita teaches Biochemical Reaction Engineering (with Prof Asterios Gavriilidis, Chemical Engineering) at the undergraduate level. He also lectures on Microfluidics for the MRes programme of CoMPLEX and for the M.Sc. Nanotechnology students. At the post-experience level, Nicolas Szita is involved in the MBI® training modules Rapid Fermentation Process Design and Challenges and Opportunities in Biocatalysis. He teaches Bioprocess Microfluidics for 4th year MEng students and MSc students.
