Biography

Dr. Stefano Curcio is cuurently working in Department of Engineering Modeling, University of Calabria, Italy. He obtained his Degree in Chemical Engineering “cum laude”, University of Calabria (Italy), 1995;PhD in Chemical Technologies and Novel Materials, University of Calabria (Italy), 1998;Author of 31 scientific publications on international scientific journals (ISI ranked), of three bookchapters, of one Italian patent and of more than 100 presentations held in international conferences andpublished in the Conference proceedings. His research interest mainly focuses on Biocatalysis, Bioprocessing, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Food technology. he has published many articles in National and International Journals.
