Biography

Rached Dhaouadi worked as a visiting researcher with the Hitachi Research Laboratory, Japan, and later joined the Polytechnic School of Tunisia as an assistant professor. He also held visiting scholar positions at Trondheim Institute of Technology, Norway, and Rice University, Texas, USA. Dr. Dhaouadi is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Industrial Electronics Society.

Research Interest

Motor drives, modelling and control of complex electromechanical systems, and intelligent motion control systems, with applications to rolling mill drives and mobile robots
