Biography

Orazbayev Batyr Bidaibekovich – Ph.D. in Science Engineering of Russian Federation (1996) and the Republic of Kazakhstan (1998), professor (1998), member of the National Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2003). Honorary worker of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, member of the International Association for Artificial Intelligence. Field of research: Mathematical simulation, optimization and control of complex objects, system analysis, as well as formulation and development of solution methods in a fuzzy environment and creation of intel-lectual systems for decision making. Professor at System Analysis and Management Department of the Eurasian National University named after L. Gumilyov. Author of over 400 scientific and educational papers. Among them are 15 monographs and 22 textbooks and study guides, 2 patents, scientific articles published in international peer-reviewed journals such as “Theoretical Foundations of Chemical Engineering”, “World Applied Sciences Journal”, “EXCLI” and others. His contribution to science is that he formalized a new class of problems –multi-objective problems of of fuzzy mathematical programming (FMP) and for the first time developed a set of methods for effective planning and management of production facilities at various work conditions. Served as an advisor for 3 doctoral and 10 Ph.D. theses and assisted tens of program engineers, system designers and automation engineers. Holder of the scholarship and title “Best University Teacher – 2013”.
