Professor Liming Zhao has received his PhD in Jiangnan University during the period of Sept. 2006 to Dec. 2009. Currently, he is working as professor in East China University of Science and Technology. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Director of R&D Centre of Separation and Extraction Technology in Fermentation Industry. His research has included food processing technology, separation and purification technology and functional foods. Based on this research and fellowship training he has received several awards and honors, such as: Outstanding Young Scientist awarded by CIFST. He is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals like Current Biotechnology & expert Reviewers for journals like Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Desalination, Bioresources and Bioprocessing, and Desalination and Water Treatment. He has authored 45 research articles and 2 books. He is a member of IFT, ISNNF and CIFST.
