Biography

R. Jayaseelan is a doctoral scholar with Journalism and Mass Communication at PSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He finished his M.A., Journalism and Mass Communication in the year 2006. He started his career as a graphic designer after which he entered in to the broadcast media Suryan FM which is one of the very famous FM stations in India. He later turned up his focus towards the media advocacy and research; he started to work in the research organisation named Center for Advocacy and Research (CFAR) which was funded by Melinda Gates Foundation. Now he is doing his Ph.D. in Journalism and Mass Communication, his research area is adoption of e-health by medical doctors.
